The only engineer in the company: no second developer, no QA, no DevOps. The systems the business runs on are ones I designed, built, deployed, and still look after.
- Eight applications shipped end to end. None arrived as a specification; each started as a business problem from my supervisor or management, and much of the work was asking questions until it was clear enough to build.
- A multi-outlet consignment and settlement platform: supplier onboarding with document verification, sales derived from closing stock, supplier settlement, and cash reconciliation.
- A multi-vendor marketplace with an integrated Midtrans payment gateway.
- A security workforce system: GPS-verified checkpoint attendance with photo proof, day and night shift scheduling across branches, and patrol and incident logging with video.
- HR and attendance, KPI reporting, laundry operations, CRM, and a kitchen reporting dashboard mapped onto a legacy schema without altering the source.
